About us:

Fairtract came to be as a response to a common wish: we simply wanted better when it comes to the renting and buying process. Our co-founders have both owned properties and have spent over a decade renting all over the world. They share a a passion for the real estate market and want to transform the experience of both managing and renting or buying for the better. Between these vast experiences it was always clear to us that the way to do this was to change business as it is in the industry: transactional and impersonal for a more human and yet automated one instead. After all, we are talking about peoples homes. This is the most intimate space and part of peoples everyday lives- a safe place. So why is it such an impersonal process and experience to rent or buy? Our co-founders used their backgrounds in neuroscience, business development, marketing, human relation development and  spent several years deep diving into market research, property management and the consumer psyche, learning the ins and outs of the industry and market and got to work. These efforts produced a top tier SAAS (service as a system) for the real estate industry. After beta testing the first system they decided they could make it even better with more unique customization options, so Fairtract was born. They decided to focus on their other business as system architects helping other business owners optimize their business through their solutions. This provided the opportunity to observe and listen to what hard working business owners really want and how to tailor desires in a streamlined way. After more time at the drawing board  we decided it was time to make a full return to our passions in the real estate market. And man, did we get it right this time. You can only have a happy client if there is a happy property manager who has the time and resources to give tenants and buyers what they want. We worked with world class lawyers, coders, and programmers in order to provide you the best service possible. You can feel confident about placing your trust in us.
